Another first. Tomorrow April 6th, Montenegro holds its first Presidential election since achieving independence in 2006.
It seems the incumbent, and former PM Filip Vujanovic will win the first round of what appears to be a deeply divided country. Vujanovic eshrews bodyguards and apparently wanders freely with his family. He has refused to apologise (or repeat one he says) to Bosnia for 'innapproriate' Montenegrin conduct in the Bosnian war.
