I took these photographs of water lillies.
What do you think?
They don't have very big cocks, do they...
Tough choice, do I look at these flowers or do I have another look at your breasts, you're making it hard for me  to decide.
I think they are beautiful
Very nice, dragonfly20!
However, they are no match for this beautiful flower opening up from your own gallery ...
Nice photos.
Now I wish the summer was here.
Well done! You have quite the talent for composition.
random tip for photographing flowers:
wait until its overcast and cloudy to take pics of them. you'll find that the softer light makes the colors more luminous and the petals look like silk. they will still look like they were taken on a sunny day. even people photograph better when it's overcast-- i don't know how much money i have and can spend on light modifiers to make sunlight softer and more diffuse.
here's a crappy example of flowers taken in softer light:
(and NJQT was right, the compositions are wonderful)
Speaking from the blossoming lotus,
Confusion removed by silent sound,
Neither coming or going,
Buddha manifests everywhere.
They're beautiful Dragonfly20. I especially like the first one. *sigh* I'm ready for spring.
Nature does all the hard work but the photographer makes it eternal.
Thank you all for such wonderful comments.
They where taken at the local botanical gardens and I think they were worth getting wet for and getting roared at by a garden curator.
Yeah! I don't think they expect their vistors to admire the water plants quite so close as you got. Anything for art I suppose. Nice job. Send the curator a copy. :biggrin1:
You didn't walk into the pond, did you? That really pisses them off. That's cool. :biggrin1:
lol...you are so punkrock dragonfly.
i loved 1,2 and 4 the best.
I had to search for the very best blooms..which just happened to be in the middle of the ponds.
His ranting dryed up when I waded out of the pond in a very skimpy pair of knickers and strolled up to my shorts and pulled them on.
