Regardless of what forum this thread is in, the OP has raised legitimate questions and I think we should continue trying to be helpful.
My opinion on the situation is that she should definitely not fuck the other guy. There is really very little to be gained from it (one fun experience?) and so, so much to lose (your entire relationship). For me, it's a total no-brainer.

Well I'm nowhere near qualified enough to discuss 'big dick thing' that 'comes from society', but isn't the fact that you're looking at it that way ignoring what your wife of 18 years is - quite literally - telling you?
