I have. Well, not internationally...but from NY to San Francisco. That's more than 2900 miles.
It's funny how many of the folks from LPSG send me message after message and picture after picture, but never seem to getup the spine to meet in person....

Haven't so far. The fantasy of doing so is at times nice, but in the end, it's better left a fantasy. Reality can be so disillusioning.

If it wasn't for my cat (who really wouldn't survive without me) and if I had the money for the ticket, there are two members I would fly to see in a second - and in neither case would it be for sex!

I do not believe that I would. If I were traveling for business and happened to be going to their town anyway then so be it. I would drive a few hours to meet someone but I would not book a flight especially out of the country.
Like others have said, it would really depend on the person, and if you'd talked lots, and felt at ease with them.

So tell me..a guy I have had contact with since half 2008, wants to visit me in the Netherlands..he's from Sweden. We have been in contact with each other off and on since that time.
And the last contact has been a year ago. He wanted to come and visit me..I first thought I wanted it..but then backed down..because I was afraid that he was just interested in an out-of-country-fucking. He got upset with me for pulling back and saying he wanted to fuck me (which i know he wants because we are attracted to each other..but not in the way it made him feel apparently) So he stopped communicating with me for almost a year..untill recently. He resurfaced again.. and contacted me.
He wants to come and visit me..book a ticket and come over..
Right now I'm less inclined to say no..because I'm not as fearful as i was back then..but still I wonder..
What do you think? should I?..
