I am going to get it done as a 40th birthday present from my wife. We are looking into the best clinic around and planning some time off work for me to recover.

Well that's the gamble I'm going to take. Hopefully I won't want it back. Most people I've spoken to about it, that have also been cut as an adult, have said they only regret not getting it done earlier. So I'm pretty confident that it is the right decision for me.

Yes, I believe that it should be left for the individual to choose as an adult to be cut or not. I would never force it on an infant. As an adult I know the reasons why I am getting cut and what the results of my choices will be.

I've always been hypersensitive. I've tried everything you could possibly think of to last longer, but have always been premature. Now my sex life is pretty sparse, so wether being cut or not helps, won't be that big a deal

I had it done almost ten years ago at 19. No regrets at all.

It is funny, every man I know who was cut as an adult said "It is the worst thing I have ever done and no, do not do it for you will regret it too". These were mostly Americans. All were friend and 1 was a relative. There was 1 Mexican and a Colombian. All said they regretted it.

But having said that I have wondered what it would look and be like had I not had it done.
