he had cancer and had his Bladder and Prostate removed due to his illness. Or is sex without obstacles to much for you ? Say you were attracted to this guy before you knew that. Intimacy is not impossible because there are a lot a ways to please a man. I know this will vary with age but what are your thoughts.?

Would like to think i would befriend or form a relationship/companionship if i knew the person had/was having said health conditions
Sex is and has always been secondary in my partner seeking ..
no hero? just the way have always viewed it, apart from the usual lustful teen years .
Plenty of other qualities in a person, before looking at the Sexual side of things?

I'm not sure of the mechanics but he can still get an erection without a prostate or bladder?

If so it wouldn't change anything. You just don't get the messy reward at the end? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Dating wouldn't be a problem. Maybe being in monogamous relationship with him would be. If that man really needed him to be monogamous, he would have to understand that he would be loving someone that may become a burden. Some men won't mind if they are knowingly capable. But there are men who would mind.
