I guess I would say something like this is obese and something like this is curvy.

By no means the only examples of such but nonetheless good representatives IMO.

I'd say that first one is morbidly obese. Agree the second one is curvy. So what would you consider fat (beyond curvy)?

Ummm I dunno. I'll do some checking around and get back to you. Off the top of my head, I'd say anything that is noticeably overweight with absolutely no definition between waist & hips.

I feel like I should say that's just what I think is aesthetically pleasing. The definition. Not judging anyone for body type at all, I love that we all come in different shapes & sizes. Unhealthy big isn't good of course, but I don't mind larger bodies at all. I have been in several long terms with women, one was a curvy/athletic California type girl and another was super tiny as in like half my size (I'm tall for a woman, and similar size perhaps a bit smaller than the LB model). So I like all kinds of bodies. As long as one is generally healthy and happy!

Tromag, i feel much better knowing you consider that 2nd girl curvy and not fat. I bet she weighs what i do but our bodies are made a little differently. I was watching my own cam int he chatroom lastnight and while some angles i am not toned, im definitely not fat. But if i told you what i weigh after you saw me you'd be surprised. So a number on a scale certainly wont tell you if a girl is fat or not. I carry my weight well.

I liked the girl in the pink in the curvy section I think most of us here that were getting hyper are about like her. And the one binge from fatland was priceless and funny:tongue: All of the curvy women were beautiful! I agree with MR I'm glad you think the Lane Bryant woman is curvy because she is very beautiful!

Kirstie Alley doesn't look too bad in that one pic...size-wise anyway. Her face is another story altogether, I personally don't think she's aged all that well. You can see extra weight in her face too, that doesn't look too good IMO. That doesn't happen with all larger women, I think it's prettiest when the face looks full and round and soft-ish and meant to be that way. Hope that makes sense, it's hard to explain.

Incidentally Mlle Rouge is a FINE example :wink: of a woman with curves who looks pretty and soft and all girlie and like she's SUPPOSED to look that way. Not soft as in flabby, I don't mean that, just feminine I guess. I have seen her and she is smokin! We are probably similar size.

Still havent really come up with example of fat beyond curvy. Thought your examples were pretty good. Although the one in the pink has a lower body that could be pretty nice I think but her arms are a little too large IMO.

Slim is UK size 8/10/12 depending on height.

Curvy is when the waist is smaller than the hips and boobs...hence curves....Which is exactly what my own figure is like:tongue:

Self confidence without external validation (either through accomplishment or acknowledgement) is nothing more than self-delusion. That morbidly obese women bent over in that pic Enid posted can strut and pretend she's Pamela Anderson in her pomp, but I highly doubt that will get men to chase her. Similarly, an ass ugly woman with rotting teeth who is smelly and unkempt can strut around all she wants, but she's not gonna land....ok, the dude's she'll land will be nothing at all to be proud of.

A lot of beauty is mental/psychological, but there is a certain limit to this rule.

I'm perfectly happy with my figure and couldnt care less what anyone thinks.I spent years terrified of eating incase i gained weight to the point of bulimia.It was the ignorant comments from idiots..usually fvck ugly idiots...that caused me to be bulimic.

Then i went to therapy after seeing one of my then 3 year old daughters with her fingers down her throat forcing herself to vomit.....that shook me to the core.

I then went the other way and got very big...i since lost alot of weight and feel great and i like what i see when i look in the mirror......that is what matters to me.

My waist is considerably smaller than my top half and admittedly alot of that is the size of my boobs....and i'm not getting the bugga's massively reduced so that pig ignorant idiots can 'accept' my shape......I like my body so i couldnt give a rats ar$e what anyone else thinks.

I also have shapely hips but a small tummy.....it is skin from carrying 6 babies....and whats more....i LOVE that.
