Those of us who aren't attracted to fat women aren't lying or deceiving anyone, we just aren't attracted to overweight women. We aren't saying that overweight women are evil, or that they don't deserve to be loved or anything like that, just that we aren't attracted to them. Don't take it so personally.

For me, I don't care how good of a fuck some overweight woman might be, I don't find them attractive enough for sexual intercourse and in terms of relationships overweight women will only lower my status so no use for them there either.*

Once again I ask, why are you so concerned with the preferences of others? If you really have no trouble getting dates, then don't let the comments of anonymous people on the internet bother you so much.


*Now, that's not to say that having a fat girlfriend will lower the status of every male, because it won't, but for people in my position having an overweight girlfriend would significantly lower my social status. No, I'm obese and ugly. My standards are actually quite low, I'm just not attracted to fat women at all.

I honestly wish that wasn't the case. I'm a very low status man. Honestly, I'm probably defective. UGH, what a question! I say that because...well...a couple of reasons.

Yes, I did fuck/date/marry a fat girl. She is now my x-wife, she decided she would rather be with a woman. Fine to each their own. But, understand had that not happened, I married for life, I loved her and wouldn't dump her because of her weight or anything else. Now for the hard part of the question. Would I again...it depends on how we decide to define fat. PROBABLY NOT!!!

The reason is, I am not a small guy. I know I'm overweight. Medically I would qualify as obese, however, the way I carry the weight, being 6' 2", I don't look "sloppy fat", for lack of a better term. Most people assume that if I dropped 20/30 lbs I'd be my "ideal" weight. LOL.

Now the reason I really don't want to go the "fat girl" route again. 1) My weight sky-rocketed when we were together. However, when i am with an "average" or smaller lady, I can keep my weight down and even get it down. 2) The last lady I was with, is more like I dated in my younger years; 5'7", slim-average build, smaller breasts, great in bed because she could move easier, more flexible, and that leads to more adventuous in my experience, which is really just attitude. It's because guys are pretty much stuck with whatever size of penis they have (and women with whatever boobs they have, at least disregarding pregnancy or other natural changes), while weight gain is -- IMO -- almost always due to lifestyle choices and personal behavior.

Criticizing excess weight, then, immediately comes across as criticizing the person themselves, not merely commenting on their genetics.

There are people whose bodies create excess weight, yes. But I think that too many people think that they're included in that group and use it as an excuse for their own weight gain.

Somewhere earlier in this thread, there was the point that obesity rates in the last twenty years have shot up, and there was even a Powerpoint from the government (either CDC or Health Department, I forget which). Honestly, it's insane how much fatter Americans have gotten.
