Would you go shirtless/wear briefs as a background performer on a TV show?

I've been requested to work on a show where I would need to be in briefs on camera with other guys in the background in briefs too. I've never done this before. I'm kind of excited by the thought of it but nervous as hell too. I know people I know will see me on set. And maybe even on the show! I'm only getting minimum wage for it as I'm not a full member of the acting union. Would you do it if you were me?

Sure, why not. If you’re considering getting into the business, every job helps, even if it’s just being an extra. It will build up your confidence being in front of a camera. Even if you don’t end up going into acting and end up, for example behind the scenes in production, the experience will be invaluable.

I've done it a couple of times and the most shocking thing for me was it was a total non-event for everyone involved. There were two of us on the set for 8 hours in full body paint/make up but otherwise totally nude. It felt so normal we forgot we were nude until someone complimented us on our jewelry (glans rings).

I agree with what the others say. Go for it. The next time I get an opportunity I'll definitely take it :)
