I wouldn't be especially concerned with disease, since porn stars tend to get screened way, way, way more often than the average person you're apt to pick up in a bar. Plus, unless you're both idiots, you're going to use protection to be safe anyway.

Would I do it? There are only a very select few porn stars I find appealing enough to even consider. If I were to meet any of them, and there was chemistry enough that they'd consider giving me a go, I'd be sorely tempted. If nothing else, I'd love to know if the sex they have off camera, in their private life and purely for the sake of pleasure/passion, is anything like the sex they have in their films.
