Most towns have "lovers lanes" where people go to park and some also fuck in the car. These places always seem to be either the highest point in town, or near the water. I guess that's so they can say they are there for the view. Anyway, I've lived several places and travel a lot. I also have insomnia so I am frequently go for a drive and wind up in a park after dark. It's amazing how many people apparently like car sex. Or maybe they have no place else to go.
