The Ministry of Defence has announced the full scale of redundancies that will take place in the Army, RAF and Royal Navy in an attempt to cut billions of pounds from the department’s budget.

    1) Would you, fight for your country? yes or no?

    1a) If no, why not?

    2) Would you fight if your own country was actually being threatened?

    3) Would you, volunteer to do any of the above?

    4) Do you think being told you have to go to war, is wrong?

    5) Are you proud, of your country, or indifferent?

1)I'm tempted to say yes, but would I - if it really came down to it? I'd prefer to fight for my country in other ways if possible, lol.

2)Sure, but again - I'd rather do something strategic than actually be on the front line. :/

3)If I thought I could help, or make a difference, sure.

4)Not sure - depends on the circumstances.

5)I'm fond of it rather than proud, I think.

    1. Theoretically, yes.
    2. Yes. As long as the people theatening the country were actually bad: Nazi regime etc.
    3. Only if it were a zombie apocalypse.
    4. No. Assuming it's a zombie apocalypse and you can choose to do more administrative work instead of actual combat if you wish.
    5. I am proud of our rich history, certainly.

    1. No, because I'm a scaredy cat, because I would like my body to stay alive, and because I don't always agree with the governments decisions on who we're at war with.
    2. Probably not, although I admire people who WOULD be brave enough to.
    3. Definitely not.
    4. As in conscription? I don't think it's wrong, if it's used only as a last resort.
    5. Both proud and fond.
