How is what's coming out of him saline? It must be something else, and if he was filling himself up, you would expect to see some redness at the urethral opening (pee hole). I have questions.

You don't have to be Nostrodamus to predict that this bloke is going to be paying the piper somewhere down the line. He sort of reminds me of that bodybuilder who injected silicone(?) into his biceps, making them bigger than watermelons. I believe he ended up with all manner of health problems and had to have the foreign material surgically removed, leaving him with mutilated arms. Yikes!
