Yep...the disgusting display by most of the contributors to Jane's thread the other night really made me question my continued participation here. Nothing turns my stomach like stupidity and hypocrisy, and most everyone involved was doubling up. :yup: I felt a bit guilty about the Jeepers Jane thread which is why I have not posted there. It seems my Michael Vick thread was one of the ones that got her so riled. :redface: :redface:

I'll keep lurkning for a while, but when I start sensing that the idiots outnumber the intelligent by too great a factor, it isn't worth my time to try shining the light of reason onto those who lack the ability to appreciate it.
A nice change I have noticed in the last week or so is members who have been lurking here for 2+ years making sensible and generally nice posts. They have also been visiting the chat room. :smile:

When you get drafted by a sports franchise, you get whatever 'entry level' number is available for your jersey, not the pick o' the litter. If I end up outlasting you, I'll take the abbreviation to economize on keystrokes. It's simple and appropriate.
