And while the representatives of other nations laughed in YOUR president's face, HE has to give American farmers a 20 million dollar BAILOUT because of HIS trade wars.

Oh, I know he is. It's fiscal stimulus. That's what happens to the economy when the government takes out extra debt and spends it in the economy.
