ICE and Homeland security were created after the terrorist attacks on 9/11/01. Before that there wasn't a need for homeland security. It combined a number of agencies into one consolidated entity.

Pretty much. It isn't Sean Hannity or Tucker Carlson, but the conservative vlogger, Blaire White, recently spoke about how some of the people in the YouTube conservative community were lying about their political beliefs. They were telling her in private about how they were saying things because it was expected by their audience and even going so far as to tell her how to make fake protesters for her events. She didn't name anyone, but I think it is easy to tell who she is talking about.

I think sometimes people like to accuse others of stuff they do themselves. Under the assumption that because they're doing it, everyone else must be doing it as well. I do wonder if that isn't part of what is going on with this Kavanaugh thing. The right plays in a lot of conspiracies and coordinated attacks, look at the Clintons for the last two decades, so they think this Kavanaugh situation is just a coordinated liberal attack, which is why they just ignore everything that comes up.

The thing is liberals aren't organized enough to do anything like that. A general lack of political competency is the greatest failure of American liberalism.
