I have to agree, it seems like he had a hernia or something. Otherwise he just has a huge set of balls. Haha. I've fallen out of my boxerbreifs before, and it did NOT look like one big ball. If it were his penis, you would have defintely seen an outline.
Secondly, I feel real sorry for the guy. That had to be terribly embarrassing. I've had moments like that, when my junk fell out or was arranged wrong when i sat down and someone gasped. Made me wish a hole would open up and swallow me or something. Its a horrible feeling believe me.
