Xtube movie upload trouble

Hey I have same name here as i do on X-tube. I cant upload a video.
I have it saved in .wmv. And its only 14mb
According to Xtube website thats the right type of file and the right size. I type in my title and description, place tags and click the legal information.
I hit upload and nothing happens. I dont upload anything. It stays still, no error message comes up, literally nothing happens.

Someone please help.
