I keep getting messages from spearshake and psw_27292 with "hey". They say nothing else to me, just "hey" every couple of minutes. I've tried deleting them, but they can still send me messages. I try to ignore them, but no luck. Anyone have any ideas to get back at them?

You should be able to ban them. I used to get weird messages while on yahoo, but since they deleted my profile, they have stopped.

One way might be to go to HELP and REPORT ABUSE.

Also, make sure your password is a good one. Use numbers and Letters - also helps to throw in a special character.

Many folks are getting their yahoo ID's hacked. Yahoo is very unsecure.

Rikter you know this seems to be a recurring nightmare of ours.
I started receiving friendly hi from one of my YIM contacts. These ''chats'' were prescript transmission directing you to an IQ test were you had to give provide your cell number to obtain your results. After receiving several of these transmission I contacted my friend direct to find him very much in the dark to the whole situation. Telling him he needed to take corrective action right away and that I had already corrected things on my end. Thing were placed back in order right away.
So my advice is be careful even when you think your being contacted by a friend.

You can simply block someone from sending you messages on yahoo. If you don't have this person on your friends list you have to go to Messenger ->Privacy Options-> Ignore List-> Add and then type in the yahoo id you'd like to block. Afterwards this person wont be able to send you messages anymore.
Plust check your password and maybe try changing it to a more secure one. I have a bunch of numbers and letters that absolutely make no sense. Nobody will ever figure out my password, as I can hardly remember it myself.
