I think this survey would work a lot better if you took larger chunks of years, doing one year just has too few respondents. It might be better to take groups of 5 years, it might help develop a trend.

I'm uncut, but was born 7 years after the most recent year in the survey.

In any case, it's completely meaningless, as it doesn't take into account geographical and cultural differences. The fact that cut dicks outnumber uncut dicks almost every year in this (and the more recent poll) just indicates that more Americans/Canadians have responded to the poll, probably because there are more North Americans on this site.
