I used to be young and hung, but now am old and hung. When I grew up in the 1960's, we wore real tight clothes. There was no room in the crotch of the pants to put all the equipment. So, you had to hang your balls down a pant leg. That did not do too much good because the pant legs were tight around the leg and you would end of with these two huge bulges down the the pant leg. It was not too comfortable either as my balls were crushed the entire day.
The penis had to lay and be pointed toward one of the hips and the pants were so tight that the entire penis was visible including every curve on the head.
Today, though the pants are baggie and that seems much more reasonable to me.
