I believe that the 95% figure of guys in the U.S. being cut is out of date. Many of guys that I've met born in the 90s are uncut. Just take a look at recent porn. Not sure about increased business of causing HIV. One doctor told me that he believes that I'm Delta32. It makes sense, but who knows.

I agree the 95% figure is out of date. I am 59 and intact. Most of my age peers are cut. Younger men, it seems less so. I've also had a number of cut guys tell me they would not cut their children.
