Yoga is amazing, for strength, for flexibility, for getting the "juices flowing", if you know what I mean....I don't go as often as I should, and I usually like to go at night or mid-day. I prefer to do cardio in the morning.

I know very few straight men who are willing to try it, and it makes no sense to me....after all, you get a room full of shapely women in very little clothing, bending over in front of you....what's not to like? It's like dancing. Men are soooo missing the boat when it comes to meeting women.

oh, btw - what are you talking about 'getting the juices flowing'?
LOL!
Sting has been a vocal proponent of yoga and he is doing just
fine and looks great.
Amber - good luck getting to the gym and letting your boy teach you
a thing or two about being brilliant at yoga.
and Kris - that's good to know that for doing what you do that you do
feel a difference.
yeah. i really need to get into this. i am way too stressed out and way too uptight.
i need to do something about that, hence the yoga undertaking. pilates later.

I have chronic testicular pain issues (long story), and yoga is the only thing which controls it. I would recommend it for everybody.

Yoga has made the biggest difference in my life, in terms of my outlook, my vitality, it has been the best addition to my other exercise regime. I can suck my own dick now too! (If I wanted to)

golf, tennis, skiing, sex, sleep? Jesus nudeyorker. we were separated at birth. lol.

I'm sorry that you got sent to Michigan and I got sent to California! What is half way? Salt Lake City?
What is even more scary is we both have closets full of clothes and are no strangers to the cosmetic department in fine stores!

yoga every morning *my version of morning = when i crawl out of bed*

i have the terminal clumsy, that combo of poor coordination and long limbs - think bambi on ice :frown1::redface: the smooth follow through and conscious movements are about the only that keeps me from tripping on shadows or walking into walls.

anyway, i've been doing yoga for over 10 years now and swear by it for keeping the body limber and balanced.

gyrokinisis exercise is something i got into over the last few months, thanks to one Mr Hellboy0 who happened to mention it on a work out thread:smile:
