Hey all, I've been doing yoga for a few months now and as most of us know, the big idea behind it is stretching your muscles to allow more energy into the body. The heart of these exercises lie within breathing techniques - slow, controlled, focused, breathes... in and out, with positive intention. On exhalation, that is the time in which you should push your body to stretch more.

I was wondering if anyone here is a yogi and/or has been doing yoga for quite some time and is more acquainted with its teachings... and if any of these can be applied to PE techniques. ?

I've tried some of the stretches with the yoga breath focus, but it doesn't get the same feeling. Other than that, I'm not sure it does anything, because the penis doesn't have any skeletal muscle, it's soft muscle.

2 things that seemed to have an impact for me, though, is during mountain pose, I'll take a slow deep inhale while holding a kegel, and then as I exhale I release the kegel. I repeat for 10 breaths, then hold the kegel for 5 breaths. Then rest a bit, staying in mountain pose. I'll do that 3 times.
