I bought a bottle a few years ago, just threw it away a month ago

I just got me some yohimbe and the bottle said to take 2 pills once a day. Not knowing what my body would do with it it decided to only take 1 pill. 1 pill is still way to powerful. Is there a way of breaking open the capsule and dumping some of the contents out to make it not as strong?

Adverse effects can come on quick if you eat/drink things that yohimbe will react with.

Wine: avoid at all costs! Really made me feel terrible once, and after that one time I never did that again. Very flushed/burned feeling.

Cheese: don't eat any cheese whatsoever. I know warnings say aged cheese, but I avoid all cheese.

Liver: another horrible food for yohimbe you will not feel good!

I avoid all kinds of other things too, like pickles/vinegar based things, sausages/processed meats of all kinds, and most condiments. I treat yohimbe like I need to plan a lot of my day's eating around it and just eat really clean. It's nice, it feels good and its worth it because yohimbe is pretty amazing stuff!

I have Swanson brand, not concentrated, 200mg pills. I only take one. I stack lots of other natural supplements with it. I can and have taken 2 before and only when I want to get really amped up and pumped up and if I want to be completely and ridiculously erect. The bottle of yohimbe i purchased came from one of the over the counter chain suppliers - standard dose I assume.

I will never adjust my lifestyle to accommodate a supplement.

I totally understand!! Yohimbe is the hardest of all supplements that I have taken, and I think it is maybe the hardest to take for most people. No way I can do it every day, not even once a week. But it doesn't have a cumulative effect like other supplements. I can wait 2 weeks and then take it and it's like BLAMMO!! ready to go. So I approach it like I approach my gym workouts. I only eat certain things before my workout because of the energy, carbs, protein, etc. that I need to draw from, and of course plan what I will eat afterwards. I always treat yohimbe like that, like it's a "workout" but my cock is involved

There is nothing yohimbe can do that some other supplements can't do better and with less risks. It is nasty stuff stay away.

I had tried Yohimbe, bought a bottle from GNC a few years back.

Tried it a total of six times, the side effects were extremely uncomfortable - very jittery, uneasy, generally unpleasant.

Don't think it did much to boost an erection, I was too distracted by the side effects.

I tossed it in the trash about six months ago - it's pretty bad stuff.
