I performed a search on Yohimbe, and found most topis say the same thing, more or less. One person tries it, and complains of anxiety and increased heart rate, and everyone else tells him it will kill him.

Ive been taking liquid yohimbe from GNC, and I really like the stuff. I take two droppers a bit before I have a lady friend over (every night, or every other night), and soon enough Im horny as hell and hard as a rock. Ive also had problems cumming in the past, and this stuff makes it so I can cum with a condom on! I dont know if I cum any harder, or any more volume or distance, but I definately cum easier. That is awesome for me, because I used to almost never be able to cum from sex. It makes me so horny, I almost cant control myself when a woman is around, but only after I take it. Of course, I dont take it unless I know Im going to get some.

My question is this: My balls have been aching lately, anyone have any idea why that would be? Anyone else take yohimbe and have that happen? Should I be worried?

The strength of the stuff in Yohimbe that works for erectile dysfunction is not regulated. Too, bad, too. Because it really does work. But it does not work the same way as Cialis or Viagra do. It also does not work for everyone. A couple of friends have had allergic reactions to the tincture. I used to add a couple of drops of the tincture available at GNC in my rave shake; a concoction that I'd whip up in the blender and suck down before going out clubbing. Never had any problem with the stuff. However, because it is has not been established what strength or how much works I would only recommend it if you're under 40 and have no history of heart disease or hypertension in you or your family. Too much of the stuff and you can end up feeling suddenly compelled to clean the house top to bottom two or three times in a row. Use with caution.

What does Yohimbe have to do with your balls aching?
If this is something new go to the doctor and have him check them out, sheesh!

Eta: Even if it isn't something new...

I have taken the pills, was told it takes up to two weeks to hit max levels in the blood and then it would maintain leves. I find on occassion my balls ache and I believe it is due to increased production of seminal fluid, not unlike blue balls when you have not gotten off in a while. I find the stuff works for me and don't have much trouble with anxiety, but I do find I have a lot more pre-cum and find myself leaking precum during the day without stimulation.

The pills at the GNC store say not to exceed 16mg a day. It also depends on the % of alkalines, if it is above 2% then you have to watch dosage. Not all brands give the % of alkaloid, that is the true measure of the strength. You exceed the daily dosage and you will have anxiety and hot flashes, I know I have tried it, man you get horny but man the side effects are not worth it. So I stick with the dosage. In the pills I take it in the morning when I get up and before bed, talk about morning woodies!!

I like yohimbe, the first time I took was in the raw from a health food store. It gave me a feeling that reminded me of taking mushrooms when I was younger.
It did give me the rock hard cock and spurting load that I was looking for.

Yohimbe blocks alpha2 receptors. This causes the level of adrenaline in the blood stream to be higher than what it would normally be, which causes your blood pressure to be higher than what it would normally be.

Healthy blood pressure is considered to be 120/80 or lower.

Home blood pressure monitors are cheap and readily available. You should get one and start taking your blood pressure at least once a day.

If you get readings of over 120 for the systolic, or over 80 for the diastolic, then you should give up the yohimbe for awhile, and see if your blood pressure decreases. It can take as long as a month after you discontinue yohimbe, before it's blood pressure boosting effect wears off.

I had a buddy who swore by the stuff...
then after a while he told me that his junk wouldn't work at all...
I don't know if it was related to him using the stuff...I told him to see his doc...don't know if he ever did...and I didn't want to ask...
