I get my username made my sexual orientation obvious, but did it also let you all know I love video games as much as I love men? I hope so.

Anyway, the 130th anniversary of Nintendo concluded with no official celebration. Disappointing considering they happen to be my favorite video game company, but their influence on the industry is one we should never forget. You hung men and lovers of hung men should give Nintendo video games a chance even if you think the company has room for improvement, and that room is as large as a 10 inch dick.

If you all already play Nintendo games, why not discuss your favorites while we’re here?

My folks were anti video game, so I didn't really get to start playing them until I was out on my own and occasionally playing them at friend's places. I greatly enjoy and have a major soft spot for a lot of N64 and GameCube titles, including Mario Kart, Mario Sunshine, Mario Party, etc.

I'm an all around nerd, though. I don't discriminate. I play on and own Sony and Nintendo consoles, along with PC gaming.

All gamers shouldn’t discriminate. Otherwise, that would be “console warring” as one video game forum calls it. Then again, there’s also the issue of video game players hating on women, people of color, and gays among others.

I'm aware. I have a uterus, am a person of color, and LGBTQ+.

I have not played a video game in years. Though I hope to get a new system next year ( fingers crossed ).

I do have an original Super Nintendo 2 packed up somewhere, as well as a Play Station 1 .
Truth be told I prefer strategy games for the computer; or a good old game of Chess, against the computer

I have a few PC games but that's it - I can't really afford a 'big' console and my eyesight is too fucked for those little hand-held ones. 20-odd years ago, I had a second-hand Sega Master System II which I loved until it's dying day. I recently found an old Sega console that someone had just thrown out, so I picked it up in case it turns out to be valuable. I might list it on eBay and see what happens...

I don't buy many games now - PC ones are either too 'basic' (i.e. educational ones aimed at very young children) or 'hidden object' (hurts my eyes) or violent/gory/horror (just not my thing). On the rare occasions I do find something I like, it turns out to be a 'Steam' game. Ugh! I'm not gonna deal with that crap. Australia has one of the worst internet speeds in the world - downloading from Steam is just too...damn...slow. And all the hoo-hah they put you through before they give you the game! And even then they act like they own the game and you're just 'renting' it. They can fuck off with that shit...as far as I'm concerned - I've paid for the disc, so that game is MINE! It should be on the damn disc - instead I've just paid to connect to a website and (slooooowly) download a game to my online library. And after all that, the game turns out to be too much for my internet to handle. Pfffft!

Oh well, I guess it's back to Spider Solitaire...

Oh, and another thing...I am STILL pissed at Microsoft for ditching 'Space Cadet Pinball' - I fucking loved that game!

Sorry, I've gone off-topic again...

I have Nointendo of playing Nintendo. My kids played this when it began in the early stages.......I used to say to them, come out and make this this with me rather than playing what someone else made.

I filled my hours up when I was young working, fishing, life and creating stuff............I don't think I could ever have the time or attention span for computer games.

I've known 3 young guys that have gone broke in the building game over the years because they were addicted to computer games. It lead to lack of sleep, laying bets, gambling and debt. Not good if you wish to run a business and be self employed.

I have PS4 Pro, Xbox One and Switch....I like them all. Though I do the bulk of my playing in the evenings and a bit on mornings before I head to work.

I got started when I was little and my dad brought an Atari 2600 home....

I think their problems extended well beyond video games.

I haven’t played video games in years but I grew up a hardcore video gamer rpg nerd... I was also an athlete too so I guess I was living both worlds.

In my teens I had modded playstations; like four of them in my room. A whole suitcase of burned PlayStation games, sega master system, Dreamcast with burned titles as well, turbo grafx 16 and everything else.

My favorite Nintendo titles are :
Zelda link to a past
Zelda ocarina of time
Final fantasy 6
Chrono trigger
Mario Kart 1
Street fighter 2

I’m also a hardcore fighting game expert and entered many tournaments when young.

The guys who started the international

Evolution fighting game tournament “

Are from my arcade which is Sunnyvale golf land. We needed a bigger place for our tournaments so the Cannon brother twins(evolution tourney creators) would rent out small venues for space for us to play. Eventually these venues got so damn big people started flying in from other countries; shit got crazy. They changed the name from Battle of the Bay to the Evolution championship Series.
These guys are now multimillionaires lol; I think I should of helped out more with the venues haha. Back in the day we had to use hand trucks to move each arcade game into the venues, plug the machines up, calibrate the sticks ect

I kill insomnia time with old school Nintendo benders. Mostly on N64 *wantonly blows cartridge* and my GameCube *Mario Sunshine!*

The release of the NES Classic systems just made my late 2010s. Cuz why socialize when I can binge on platformers?

My favorite game and one of the best games of all times: Super Metroid. A masterpiece.

I will never forget when I discovered the protagonist was a girl. Really a game ahead of its time. You played the game thinking the protagonist was a badass dude, but, if you died, you had a surprise: it was a fucking badass woman all along.

About game addiction... I think consoles are not as addictive as online PC games. Anyways, if your children are wasting too much time in a game, it is your job as their parent to educate them. Our generation has the advantage that our parents didn't have: we grew up with this type of entertainment and we know how harmful game addiction can be.

Mario Sunshine... I never understood why they didn't do a sequel =( Such a enjoyable game.

I loved my Nintendo games systems. All of them. Mario games and all the Zelda games. Had to give it up when the worlds when all 360 though - started getting too dizzy. I guess that’s a side effect of age. :(. I’ll go back and play the old games though. Still a fan.

Between my sweetie and I, we have:

Sega Game Gear, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, GameCube, Wii, PSX, PS2, PS3, PS4, DS Lite, 3DS, Nintendo Switch, and two gaming PCs. I sold my 360 Elite and his original X Box and 360 died. His Dreamcast died a long time ago, too.

We enjoy everything from fighter games (and he competed at Evo in the past), RPGs, puzzle, farming sim, FPS, ARPG, MMORPG, strategy, tactics, roguelikes, Metroid-vanias, etc.
