gigantikok: if all else fails, try jelqing. It won't make you longer, but it definately works in getting you thickness. It got me 1 inch thicker. and for length, if you are really worried about being small, buy one of those extenders... like the JES extender. I hear those work as well.

also i can say for a fact that u are not 1 inch around because that is not possible unless you have micropenis which u clearly don't, otherwise u would be a lot smaller then 4 inches. Just wait until 18 or so...i'd be surprised if u hadnt grown a lot! Also, if ur still not satisfied, yeah, why not try jelqing...it can help with length as well. But don't expect to be able to get to 10 inches without spending years and years on it.
