'70s: Oh god I don't know if I can decide. So much of what I listen to is from this decade. Maybe "Thick as a Brick" by Jethro Tull or "Supper's Ready" by Genesis.
'80s: I don't know either. "Rainbow in the Dark" by Dio is pretty high up there.

I was born in 1960. The decades in question were my teens and twenties, and as such there are too many to list them all. Besides, the 70s, especially, were insanely diverse with everything from stadium rock to punk and classic soul to high Disco.
Here are a few from the 70s that have never grown stale for me:
Wow. I have several favorites from those decades. But at this moment i'll go with American Pie by Don McLain and We didn't start the Fire by Billy Joel.
