well everyone will probably say the eyes.
but in my case yes it is true, i have very intense dramatic hazel green eyes
the glisten nicely when sunshine hits them at an agle.
mostly, people compliment me on selflessness
i put the needs of others before my own
a big hearted teddy bear i've been called.
especially since i am rather large and intimidating at first glance.
let's just say you'll be glad to be my best friend if we're stuck in a dark alley.

I get compliments on my height (6'6"), my hands (big, masculine, long nimble fingers), my lips (full/kissable), my smile (I get told it's cute and/or mischeivous).
Less frequently, my eyes (dark brown, sultry), and my body (in general).
Inner characteristics... when people want to say something nice about me they often describe me as intelligent, creative, artistic, honest, sincere, easy to talk to, sweet, dependable, easy to be friends with, well-spoken, et cetera.
If I had to pick one of each.. physically I get the most comments about my height (or my penis, but you said not to include that), though many of those comments are not necessarily compliments.. more like.. "holy shit you're freaky tall!!" or "oh my god, you'd kill me with that thing!"
So... I would say discounting height and dick size, I get complimented the most on my lips.
Non-physical feature, I get complimented the most on my intelligence.

I can remember one young woman I was talking to in a grocery store - a very casual conversation it was - impetuously leaped forward and kissed me smack on the lips. People always seem to comment on my smile and my teeth--perfectly straight and unltra white. Never have had braces, but I have bleached my teeth--they were pretty white, but when I bleached them, they went to a freakishly bright white.
I've also gotten lots of comments on my big brown eyes. (pools of melted chocolate...)
Lately, several people have told me that I have this sexy, confident manner about me. I don't see it, I just am me.
I hate talking about myself like this, but as for inner qualities, my charm, charisma, talent seem to be what I hear about a lot.

I hate my ear lobes and the mole just under my bottom lip.

My skin, my legs, my hands (someone actually asked me was a hand model), my butt....I always get complimented on my sense of style, my quick wit....My friends always tell me that I am very honest and genuine and make everyone comfortable....I usually am the peace keeper in the crew....

What are the features others have complimented?
My lips. I have very full lips. Also my skin. For a guy I have extremely soft and tender skin everywhere, face included! Another feature is the junk in the trunk. Enuff said. ha ha

My personality. I am a genuinely tender-hearted and caring person. I am compassionate and sincere and often times put the needs of other before myself. Moma did a good job!

My ability to be fluid and mobile in different settings. I rarely get intimidated, openly, in front of others, albeit, secretly I am mortified! My charm, wit and humor is another trait often 'praised' - I will use that term gently. Honesty. I tend to be BOLD and brutally honest about things; I do not like seeing friends hurt because people were afraid of how they would react to comments/suggestions, etc.
