I can only eat it once a year...the Ina Garten's Mac and Cheese. :32:

Yeah, you're arteries AND veins would be clogged if you ate it for a week!

Kadai subz paneer
palaak paneer
aloo gobi

I like a nice warm Masala Dosa myself.

The south indan thalis are wonderfully balanced but in that variety of tastes, the raita is the most comforting for me.

As odd as this may seem, my favorite thing is salad with home made garlic dressing. It's easy and better than you'll find in a gourmet restaurant. I have to have it at least every other day. Great with gourmet bread, a side of pasta, or pizza. Here's the recipe. Make some friends!

SALAD MIX
1 part chopped Romaine
1 part mixed spring greens
carrot ribbons made with a vegetable peeler
peeled sliced cucumber
black olives
vine ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup grated or shredded Pecorino Romano cheese

DRESSING
1/4 cup freshly chopped garlic
1/2 cup of Balsamic or red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Place the salad mix items other than the tomato and cheese into a bowl. Toss with the right amount of dressing to suit your taste. Add the cheese; toss again. Place into serving bowls or plates. Garnish with chopped vine ripened tomatoes.
