Like BoyToy, I also got mine from ChainGang. Not cheap to say the least, but I patiently wait for one of their 25% off sales. Also, while they will take a purchase back if the size isn't right, you have to pay shipping and that isn't cheap either.
I think leather stretchers are best to start out with.
