when you jelq, where are you applying your pressure? is it an even grip? is it focused mostly on the front/back pressing against the soft front side?
i've been gripping the hard chambers, being careful not to apply too much pressure to the soft chamber. i'm wondering if this is why i've only seen length gains.
any thoughts?
