And if she does, I&#39;m fairly sure you&#39;ll be surprised. I just don&#39;t believe in prudishness, never have. We have an open relationship today because it&#39;s always been that way. She caught me trying to hide something from her when she was about five and she was so hurt that I tried very, very hard to treat her like I would any other person since then. She was able to understand concepts most adults find difficult very early on, so there has never been much need to dumb things down for her nor shield her from the real world. She learned to respect my input and I learned to respect her decisions.

In the interest of clearing the air...

jonb, my mom not only makes stripper clothes, but she made ME some clothes when I did the stripping thing. She supports me in all the decisions I make, and always has. She offers me advice and always tells me the truth, certainly, but she doesn&#39;t discourage me from trying anything I want to try. I had some fairly racy photos taken a few months back, and she was more excited than anyone to see how they turned out. This might be a surprise or even upsetting to most people, but I firmly believe that is my upbringing that has shaped me into the the introspective, confident, strong human being that I am today. I trust myself and my own judgement, and it&#39;s all because of my mother, who has always stood by me, and I know always will.

In a nutshell, she and I have a very unique relationship where we regard each other as adults, and respect each other&#39;s sexuality, which I think is lacking in most of society. Maybe if sex wasn&#39;t such a no-no topic among parents and children, there&#39;d be a lot less fucked up individuals roaming the face of the Earth. (Yeah, I totally paraphrased Tucker... Sorry, Tucker.)
