I know what you were getting at, especially the subjective angle, but I disagree with some of it. And you know what I meant: Mirrors are not the only way to see and evaluate yourself. You can get a perfectly good "third party" view of yourself – most importantly, as others see you – from video. Mirrors are not the only technology in town. We can easily know what we objectively look like to other people.
