I wholeheartedly agree with this. Virtually every similar site I've visited, including those with much less adult content, requires you to agree to the ToS before registering. Not to mention the ToS are hard to track down, especially for a noob, even for folks who've been around awhile. I don't understand why they aren't prominiently displayed in the Index for starters. I think they could be clearer and better defined as well.

But a lot of people do care about those threads. Just because they're not for you, doesn't mean others don't appreciate them. It's what keeps a healthy portion of this site's membership coming back. What's the large penis support group without large penis?
In a lot of cases, I think it's the other way around. And regardless of whether one's been here for years or not, if they're acting like a tool, and get called on it by newb, then it's totally warranted. People need to get over their exaggerated senses of self-entitlement.
I don't think the mods have the power to do that.
umm....this site isn't a porn site (though its rapidly becoming one). Apparently you didn't read the thread that got hickboy banned, because if you did, you would realize that he was accurate in what he said, he was just harsh (which had the op of that thread would have been wearing his big boy britches, he wouldn't have been such a whiney bitch) which is typical HB style.

I didn't call it a porn site. But it is a site about big dicks that happens to have a fairly active community that discuss a variety of things. Not the other way around.
I wasn't referring to Hickboy at all (by all means, he should've been called out by the newb, as opposed to be being reported). I've been here, there, and everywhere. My frequency of posting anything meaningful has slowed down. It's easy for n00bs to be taken aback by HickBoy but I realized he means no harm. He's just honest even if it's in a snarky tone.

Vince...I think that maybe I didn't make myself clear. Obviously HB stepped way over the line. When I was refering to the OP of that thread, I wasn't calling the OP a 'whiney bitch,' (or at least I didn't mean to. Hell I'm on some pretty potent pain pills for my back and am not exactly all there in the head at the present moment). The 'whiney bitches' that I was intending to referring to were those who post really stupid shit (or start stupid threads), and then get their asses handed to them by a more seasoned member. They get their feelings hurt and then go run to the mods, who then (apparently over react here lately) take action via bannings.
The point I'm trying to make is that if the newbs would read the ToS, and the stinkies at the top of every thread category, then stupid bannings would be pretty much nonexistant.
