Youth Hostels with Communal Showers

Hey, I am in Seoul this weekend, anyone wants to join to a public bathhouse?

You have to give us a report how it was afterwards!

As it was proposed earlier we shall make a list of hostels. First we need a checklist/criterias e.g.:

Continent/Country/City/Hostel name/male only dorms yes or no/if yes: how many beds per dorm/communal shower yes or no/if yes: with stalls yes or no/if yes: what kind of stalls: curtain or glass transparent or glass translucent or opaque.

Not yet in Seoul. But I did stay in two nice hostels in Korea with fully open showers. Gyeongju Friend Guesthouse and YK Guesthouse. I showered with a few local Koreans in both hostels, nothing special though.

which city is YK Guesthouse in?

My american roommate wore boxers but wasn't naked. There are small shower cubicles with no room to be naked between guys.
It's a OK hostel, but not the greatest. There are plenty of other opportunities for male nudity (pools, Tiergarten, ...) in Berlin

I stayed at Kex Hostel in Iceland last weekend, the shower set up is amazing for us guys but sadly i didn't see one other guy come into the shower room..... not one guy the whole time i was there.
They queued up for the cubicle showers, disappointing.
Hence plenty of time to take this picture

It is a top place to go.
Shinjuku Kuyakusho-mae Capsule Hotel it is not a gay place. You must be naked in the bath. I have seen a few erect one also but that would be under 1%.
Just a good spot to have a Japanese Bath with guys naked everywhere. Average age while was 30 when I have stayed here.
If you have a tattoo try staying at at Anshin Oyado Shinjuku from reviews.

I like the age for this place!! I am looking for an onsen in Tokyo (there are lots!) but I don’t want one with lots of old guys. I don’t know if I’m ready to book a capsule room but this hotel does allow day use of the baths!!!
I plan to be there on Jul 21!

Guys, I have a question for Hostel Colours in Milan, for someone that maybe has been there multiple times: would be better a 4/6 beds male dorm but ensuite, or a mixed dorm, but with showers on the floor? I guess nothing will stop be to use the floor showers even if I book an ensuite male dorm, but just wanted to know how the shower situation was both ensuite and floor.

it may very well be that I'm mistaken with another hostel in milan, been there more than a year ago, and I've been to many other places in the meantime Which room did you stay, and how were the showers there? I could book a 4-6-8 male dorm there soon ^^

if you're looking for a gay Onsen... lots of guys of all ages... 80% japanese.. 20% international...... try Kaikan24....it's in Shinjuku 3 chome in Tokyo

I booked a 4 male room and shower are in a small bathroom within the room

This is about the best odds you can get for a communal bath.
Tokyo Central Youth Hostel has said in it's review it introducing a private shower room soon.
No Capsule Hotel I know allows full day use most. Most do not allow anyone in rooms from 1000 - 1700.
