How are US spas like, what's going on there?

Lots of Korean spas are places to jo, get oral and even anal (although that is only at the raciest places). Century Spa in LA is one.
Getting hard in the steam/sauna is no big deal

YHA Bristol is a great hostel and has male only dorms with ensuite showers. So nudity inside the room can be expected.

The YHA in Seattle has male only dorms. They two man showers with curtain across from each other and diagonal views to sinks. They also have private single shower rooms

Not yet in Seoul. But I did stay in two nice hostels in Korea with fully open showers. Gyeongju Friend Guesthouse and YK Guesthouse. I showered with a few local Koreans in both hostels, nothing special though.

It's amazing that Generators hostel London has such rave reputation on here, i have been there the last few days and all i have seen in the famous downstairs showers are guys going into the toilet cubicle to get changed, guys walking into shower fully clothed before stripping and kids everywhere!

guess it's hit or miss :-/

I almost think Russell Square Hostel basement showers around the corner are better but is a little bit more rundown..
