First time poster here. I don't have much experience in hostels, aside from a fine looking British bloke in his boxers, but thought I would share some of my favorite nude places:
Reykjavik - Vesterbaar Pool - the men's locker room has a 10 person open shower. Go later in the evening when all the families are gone and around closing time all 10 showers are full of 20 and 30 something Icelanders, with perhaps a few French, Canadians and Americans thrown in. It is beautiful.
Helsinki - Yrjonkatu Swimming Hall. There is nude swimming along with a bunch of group showers and a variety of saunas. Sit at a table on the upper level, order a drink and watch the nude Finns swimming below.
Prague - World Class Fitness, right in the center. There is a large open shower, which is not the cleanest, but plenty of nice scenery. i had a long shower next to what I'd guess was a Frenchman with a tattoo, an earring and a large penis. Once he got dressed, he looked like an ordinary student. Who would have guessed what was underneath.
Budapest - Rudas Baths - the baths themselves felt rather unsexy to me. But at closing time, everyone waits and watches at the open showers. And Hungarians seem to get quite close to each other when showering and changing.
Saint Petersburg - Degtianye Banya - again not the sexiest place, but everyone is naked and you can swim with uncut Russians.
Tokyo - Juyoh Hotel - there's a great Japanese bath on the top floor. There was a Slovenian martial arts team staying when I was there, though at the time I was a bit shy and waited until they were done, so had to make due with some Japanese guys and a few friendly Germans. Lots of guests were taking two baths a day.
Seoul - Itaewon Land - There wasn't much on display when I first got there. As I was getting dressed to leave, a nice looking European type - perhaps Dutch or German - was stripping down, so I got underdressed again and sat in the pool watching him for a while. There is also the Spa on Air at the airport, which makes a good stop before a flight or if you are connecting. There is a chance to see some naked pilots.
Shanghai - The Korean Bath - The staff made sure everyone removed their towels before entering the shower area. There was, surprisingly, a group of American teachers there bathing nude before going out into the lounge to grade papers.
Sydney - All the beaches have changing rooms and showers. At Bondi, there are dividers but no curtains (though it is really run down). Clovelly Beach has an open room with three showers, though sadly the lifeguards seem to have their own showers.
