Youtube - downloading stuff.

Ok just curious I have heard there are programs out there. That will allow you to down load videos from off of Youtube.

I was wondering has any one used these programs and are there some that are better then others. Or simply do they not exist?

I was wondering and wanted to see if any one knew.
