Sadly, I think it's real. He posted something on Instagram out of the blue last month where he references it. Michael Gerry Live Stream on Instagram: “Very overwhelmed with emotion right now. I wanted to make a post a couple days ago when I went outside and it was cold for the first time…”

Think he's doing better now though and the stream has given him a purpose. He's been working on a car to roadtrip around the country next year so at least he's got something planned there.

I work in medicine, and I have to say I was actually very worried when Michael said that on the q&a and I learned he's brought up suicide in the past. These sorts of statements, especially made repeatedly over time, arr red flags and I almost messaged him or even Shelbi. It's reassuring that he says he is not seriously considering it in that IG post, but his phrasing doesn't inspire a ton of confidence. A lot of people are skeptical of psychiatry and psychiatric medications, which I'm sympathetic to, but at the very least anyone considering killing themselves needs to see a therapist to have a touch point with a mental health professional. This gives them someone to contact when they're in trouble. People like Michel kill themselves all the time, unfortunately. I hope he gets help if his suicidal thoughts get stronger, but I'm skeptical that he'll seek out a professional.

I really hope he's in a better place mentally and emotionally. He might be happy and giggly on the outside and he is also physically fit, but what also matters is our mental state. That's why I've been so supportive of his project ever since I started following him. That might be a driving force as to why he even started this project. I pray it ends a happy ending, not in tragedy

He doesn't want anyone reaching out to him about it because there is little to no *real* support for depressed and suicidal men in the US. It's selfishly motivated and consists of mostly shaming us into compliance. "Think of how your loved ones will feel!" "Suicide only passes the problem off to the living" and other such bullshit platitudes that men and women both are told. Zero regard for what the suicidal person is actually going through.

Unfortunately I only had my iPhone with me when he took his bath. We all know that Robotstreamer is anti iPhones so I only got sub-par quality clips with no sound (I usually record on my Android. I compiled some highlights for you all in the form of GIFs, the next best thing. Literally this is all I have and don't think I will be uploading the videos.

Bath time was cute because Harley made a cameo. OK more like Harley was in there the entire time but that dog is a national treasure I tell ya!

Robot streamer is more anti Apple Safari. It’s works pretty good on the Google Crome browser. If it doesn’t work the first time, reload the page.
