If a video or photo is deleted they the (admin) should post reason for removal ex. The celeb asked for removal of video. Not sure if that would help?

not for me, just if a thread is sweeped, it's sweeped for a reason and stuff is deleted for a reason. this is the second time the thread was sweeped in like two weeks.

They do give a reason to the person who made the post along with warning points They usually only make an announcement in a thread when people keep posting deleted stuff and that usually leads to bad things for those who keep posting. The stuff gets deleted almost always because the "celeb" issued a DMCA take down request so there really is no reason to announce that in the thread.
