I have always loved Zach Gilford on "Friday Night Lights". He has a new show called "Off the Map" where he plays a doctor in South America. Even though Zach had a sweet body before, DAMN that boy has been to the gym in the past few months. On the last episode he had on a tight shirt and his arms were huge.
