EXACTLY!! There's a point where too much muscle becomes way too much. Does even have job? What else does he do aside from flex and lift weights?I really wish he’d chill on the steroids. He clearly has body dysmorphia and I don’t think he’ll ever think he’s “big enough.” Poor boy needs therapy.
Well yes, but from all the bodybuilders who I have heard say this it is like they fall in love with themselves. Just imagine, being an average or ugly guy and then seeing your own body turned into kilos and kilos of muscular sex appeal. So it’s an addiction? Nice
I think psychologists call this bigorexia. Many bodybuilders will tell you that when they start doing bodybuilding and see the results they can't stop and want more and more.
I don't know if all cases are bigorexia but I am not an expert. Usually bigorexic men have a negative view of their bodies.I think psychologists call this bigorexia.
Bigorexia is the perceived belief your are not the ideal size you want to be even though you are.I don't know if all cases are bigorexia but I am not an expert. Usually bigorexic men have a negative view of their bodies.
There is this other substract of bodybuilders who love their bodies and keep building because they think they look hotter and hotter. Probably, a form of narcisism more than bigorexia...
