I didn't think it really looked like Zachary Levi either, but he does have on that "Nerd Machine" t-shirt. This guy looks a little beefier than the very lean Zach. However, maybe it's just lighting or camera angle that makes him look different.

As for Playgirl, Zachary Levi has VERY strong Christian values, I really don't think he has ever or will ever be in Playgirl. I could be wrong, though.
