A couple reasons. They both claim to be strict tops (while probable I still call BS a bit)

Also, they are both kind of... Rehearsed and really image focused. They come across like they won't want to be seen as full blown sex workers (even though they both literally are)

Honestly that pic/video of Zed brings everything into perspective about him. He has been trying to break into the music industry for about a decade. He moved to LA from Paris to follow his dream, and it's probably in LA where he did the transformation. He became uber-masculine because that's what people want.
