He won the Democratic nomination. Cuomo is now switching to an Independent along side of current mayor Adams. It doesn't mean he's won the mayoral race. But seeing the sithole that NYC is, I wouldn't be surprised if he wins. If he does, then NYC residents deserve the misery they will be living under. I've been to NYC and have no desire to ever go back to that stinking, high crime shithole.
