That is a shame. That's too young to die. He will always be the scruffiest out of the group. Pretty big loss to the group...

I am a huge Beastie Boys fan and I always thought MCA was my favourite and now I know it for sure. My sister called my mom earlier crying, and told her, I was oblivious to the whole thing but not it feel like I got hit in the chest by a ball of lightning. The stuff he did in his life is something I always looked up to and I can't help but cry, feeling like I've lost another hero of mine. 47 years old and lost to cancer. Another gone, another too young. Couldn't even make it to the hall of fame induction because he was so sick. A few moments of silence please. Hold it now... Hit it!
