looked at your pics and just wondered how you start to add more weights . I do ball pumping and have one ball weight that I wear now n then but if I wear it for long periods it starts to hurt . I would like to add more like you do but not sure how to squeeze the extra rings on and how long before it gets to the stage where you can add loads like you .

I use split collars. so its easier to get them on and off.
