I think my nipples are destroyed

I think due to decades of being overweight that my nipples have been permanently destroyed. They look nothing like a man's nipples are supposed to look. They look very swollen and deformed. They're way too big and not in a sexy way. I'm currently trying to lose 120lbs to get down to 150lbs but I fear that the shape of my nipples will never change and they will look horrible forever. For men that have lost a large amount of weight does your nipples return to their normal shape?

Editor's note: I don't have gynecomastia and no perverts, I'm not posting a pic of my mutant nipples. LOL!

If they don't look like a man's nipples then what do they look like?

Its hard to know what you think is "normal". Because nipples come in a variety of shapes sizes and colors which are all normal.

And why not post a pic? Not a pervert if I'd like to give an honest opinion or possible reassurance by seeing them...
